EPixelTech provides software development, licensing, and related consulting services. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual project agreements or license terms.
Software Licenses
Licensed software is subject to the purchase code, activation limits, and usage restrictions provided at the time of sale. Unauthorized distribution or reverse engineering is prohibited.
Payments & Billing
Fees, due dates, and payment methods are specified on invoices. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, EPixelTech retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, tools, and pre-existing materials. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the project contract.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPixelTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
